Responding to Maui's tragic fires

In the 2023 Maui wildfires, fast-moving blazes, fueled by strong winds and dry conditions, devastated Lahaina. In response, we deployed mobile solar power units to emergency shelters, critical health facilities, and local charities, ensuring all basic needs were properly met and assisting families across the island.

Our team also worked to provide internet access, enabling families to connect with loved ones and access humanitarian support, while allowing our community-based partners to use the systems to coordinate efforts in more remote areas.

By combining clean energy solutions, essential aid, and telecommunications, we ensured that hundreds of families had access to electricity, the internet, and basic necessities.
